Dr. Tariro Marufu - Clinical Psychologist, MNZCCP
I am a registered clinical psychologist with over 14 years of experience, and I continue to find meaning and connection in each therapeutic relationship I form. Even after many years of practice, there is still something deeply human and powerful about sitting with another person and supporting them through change, loss, growth, and healing.

Individual Therapy (Children, Adolescents, Adults)
Therapy is tailored to each person's unique needs, focusing on understanding, coping, and meaningful change.

Neurodevelopmental Assessments (ADHD & Intellectual Disability)
Comprehensive assessments to understand neurodevelopmental functioning, including ADHD and intellectual disability. These assessments help clarify strengths, challenges, and support needs.

ACC Sensitive Claims Therapy
Therapy for individuals who have experienced sexual harm. Sessions are tailored to your needs and focus on safety, healing, and recovery at a pace that feels right for you.

ACC Specialist Cover Assessments
Assessments to determine eligibility for ACC support following sexual harm. The process is explained clearly and conducted with sensitivity and respect. Talk to your ACC lead provider for a referral to this service.

ACC Functional Assessments
Assessments that explore how difficulties are affecting daily functioning (e.g., work, relationships, study, everyday life). This helps guide treatment planning and support needs. Talk to your ACC lead provider for a referral to this service.

Clinical Supervision
Supervision offers professional growth and development opportunities for psychologists and mental health practitioners. Supervision sessions provide a reflective space to enhance clinical skills, ethical practice, and self-awareness.
Fees
Individual Therapy
$280 (incl. GST) per 55-minute session.
Long-term clients may negotiate a lower rate.
Neurodevelopmental Assessment & Report
$280 incl. GST) per hour.
All ACC services are covered by ACC.
